A one-day event at the BRJCC, sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts. The grant was obtained by Sabina Ubell, director of the recently established center, and enthusiastically championed by Ursula Sherman, one of the centerís founders. Her philosophy was that music was a great way to build a sense of community.
